Get Healthy!

wow - my goal is to do this!

Ok peeps, this page is my “official” diet and exercise journal. 

My short term goal:  Lose 10 lb. between May 16 and June 17. 

My longer term goal:  Lose 20 lbs, add muscle tone, lose the (gasp!) FLAB. 

Plus, I just really really want to get in shape and look good again, for my own satisfaction.  I love clothes, and actually – I like to work out!  Dancing is easier without the excess baggage too.

Day one:  May 16, 2010   

  

Weight:  1XXXX8 – so high, I can’t even type the number!!  Therefore, it’s in code. 

Measurements: 

Bust: 41″

Upper arm: 12″

Waist: 34″

Hips (around the belly area – ugh): 40″

Upper thigh: 23″

Fitness level:  Kind of not fit, but I can at least walk, bike, and attempt yoga.  But hey – I need to work out! 

Comfort level:  Not comfortable with how I look in my clothes – that is, the clothes that I actually fit into.  Guess what:  It’s time to go job hunting (graduation is in ONE WEEK), and my suits no longer fit.  YIPES! 

Hotness level:  I’d say I’m not really all that hot anymore.  When did that happen??!!!  I definitely need to get back to some hotness….
